SUPREME COURT.
The case, J*. J. Craig and Taupiri Coal Mines (Limited) v. Assets Realisation Board and Mrs J. Wallace, occupied the Supreme Court all yesterday, and was. eventually settled out of Court, the terms being embodied in an order Of- the Court. It was agreed that the Taupiri Coal Mines Company pay Mrs Wallace £250, on payment of which she relinquishes two-thirds of lot 7 absolutely, and retains the surface1 rights of .the-other third, but relinquishes the mining rights. The case against the Assets Realisation Board was dismissed.
