While Mr. Chamberlain was speaking at Dalziel yesterday the member' for Kirkcaldy exclaimed, "You're telling the truth for the ftrst timfe." 7M-. Chamberlain retorted, ."You are a cad." A stormy scene ensued until the | expression was withdrawn.
