[ THE HAGUE, December 5. ! l Nervousness exists at Hague in connection with Kruger's expected arrival to-morrow. He will not be accorded a reception, but the Queen .will grant a private audience, at w-hich Mr-dc Beaufort, Minister of ■Foreign Affairs, will not be present.
BERLIN, December 5
An envoy at Luxemburg explicitly informed Kruger that the Emperor desired the abandonment of his intended visit to Berlin.
Anglophobes attempted to wrench the door-plate, with the British arms from the Consulate at Cologne, but tLe mounted police arrested! the ringleader and dispersed his followers. Serenading Kruger was forbidden.
