In''the Appeal Court the case, Kebbell v. Ollivier,. has been commenced. This -is a special case removed from the' Supreme Court. The plaintiff sold Bank of New, Zealand shares to the defendant, after the passing of the Banking Act, 1894. The bank refused to register the-'transfer.
