THE ZEALANDIA.

-The Hudclart-Purker steamer Zealandla, .which arrived from Sydney on Monday, came out of quarantine to-day and berthed at the wharf. Mr D. Sampson, the purser, reports that the Zealandia left Sydney at G p.m. on 30th inst. Light westerly winds and smooth seas marked the passage across the Tasruan Sea, the passengers, of whom there were a large number -ou board, taking advantage of the line weather prevailing. ■Deck games and amusements were entered Into with great zest. On Sabbath morning and evening Divino services were'held in the Zealandia's dining saloon, and were conducted by the Rev. Bishop Williams, of Napier; The services were well attended.and in the evening a collection was taken up in aid of the National Shipwreck Relief Society, the', sum subscribed being £1 14/3. Whilst In Sydney for six days the vessel was placed in dry do"ck, ami was cleaned and painted from stem to stern, whilst the inner parts of the ship also received a thorouch overhaul.
