WELLINGTON, this day
The full Bench 'of the Supreme Court heard the application for an injunction against the plague hospital on the Town Belt. The chief authority relied on by the applicants, for whom Messrs Skerrett and Wilford appeared, was a decision by Judge Williams granting- injunction for the removal of a fever hospital from the Dunedin Tmvn Belt in 1877. The Court reserved judgment. It was contended for the City Council that there was no breach of trust, and if there w;is a breach it was justified, under I he circumstances. The Court's decision will be g-iven on Friday.
