Telegrams for troops in South Africa are reduced to 2s, instead of 2s 1-kl per -word, under conditions alreach' stated.
The Premier has received over one hundred replies from members of the Legislature, nearly all in favour of the Government contributing- to the Ottawa tire fund. Some, add that the Indian famine 'might be included.
forty-live applications were received for the Imperial commissions. Seventeen of these were put in on behalf of members of contingents.
