Sir,—Why not do as they did some years ago in .England, when they used au old ship called the Dreadnought for an infectious hospital.in an outbreak of smallpox. Now in the plague cases they could use the furnace of the boiler as .crematorium, fixing an iron box to enclose the boßy during the process of cremation, bo have hospital and crematorjuta in one, saving expense and obviating danger to the public. The Dreadnought was at the mouth of- the river Thames. I.was one of the staff in the S.P. Hospital.—-I am, etc., HOSPITAL
