ACCIDENT AT WHANGAREI.

WHANGAR__T, this day,
A serious accident occurred here this morning. A platelayer named John Conaghan was working in a ballast pit, when some, earth slipped and a boulder struck Conaghan on the back and badly bruised him. Dr. Hall is attending him.
