PALMERSTON N., this day,
About 12- o'clock on" Saturday night, Richard • Holly, aged 50, a settler in Awahou block, Pohangina, committed suicide, by shooting himself with a rifle. It is alleged that Holly had a quarrel with his son, after which he performed the deed. The police x-e----port there are no suspicious circumstances in the case. An inquest is proceeding.
