CECIL RHODES' CABLE.
WELLINGTON, Friday.
In reply to his congratulatory message on the relief of Kimberley tho Premier' has just received the following cable from the Eight Hon. Cecil Rhodes, dated Capetown, March 15:— "Thanks for telegram.
