In the Warden's Court this morn* ing- before Mr. Bush the following applications were granted:—Jeremiah. Allen, surrender of the Little Wonder special claim; Wm. Waddell, residence site .near Four-in-Hand ;j .Jane Kayl (formerly Spiers), dupliCQtc license for residence site section: 2473; John Fitzgerald, araa.lgamation of Prospers and Magnet claims; C. C. Ma okay, permission 'to work the Fabulous special claim with two raeix for six months; Inspector of Mines, special site of five acres for Government prospecting battery at Mohikakarau, surrendered machine site, and Waitaia water race; A. G-. Harvey, Haurald South Extended special Horseshoe claim, being the old Kaka claim.
