Cl-1 RiSTCHCJRCIL, Wednesday. The New Zealand Trotting Association has endorsed the disqualification for life of li.- Tivbman, \Y. Thomas and \V. Uurn, in connection with tihe Ng-akatu-Oppossuan and Koromakujfasthne rin<;ing-in cases by the LUarl-borouo-h Racing- Club; the disqualifioatian for life of S. Stewart, re -Maxim-Little Hero ringlng'-in case, by the Malvern Sports Club; the disqualification for three years oil Thos. Hoy and horse Haig- and Haig, alias Paddy, for rhiging-in, by the Hawke's Bay Trotting- Club (the club to be acked tv reconsider the term, which the Association considered inadequate). It was resolved that as th« Canterbury Trotting- Club refused to comply with the direction of the Association to rehear the All Ijay-Littk1 Archie case, the Association, without prejudice, and not as a precedent, proceed to hear the case. The hearing was fixed for March 31. Tha Canterbury Trotting Club's programme of JL'Hi;'., For .May 17 and :.'■!, and the -New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting- Club's application for Ilia allotment of dates May 19 and 21 were held over, pending communication with the Colonial Secretary re his reasons for withholding a third permit to I/he formar club. Protests ugainst the decisions of the stewards ; of the Tuapeku Jockey Club in ttio j Patience-Krai case, the Tapanui Rac- \ ing Club in the John Tempic-Nlggc; I .•aso, and the Gore Racing Club, in tht« Haroldsen-Ilero case, were. dis-1 missed.
