At the Waihi races on Saturday the 1 protest against the pony My Lord being over height was dismissed. A protest against Arena in the Forced Handicap for running inside a post was also dismissed. The Local Race , was won by Hamoa, and the Forced Handicap by Arena, Hamon second, Pickpocket third. ~ Maiden Handicap: Hamoa 1, Pickpocket ■ 2. Hurdle Handicap: La Belle 1, Libeller 2.
