FIRST GRADE.
GORDON V. PARNELL.
Gordon occupied the wickets all the afternoon, amassing a total ot Ail tor nine wickets. N. Williams and Dr. Pabsl topped the list with 77 and GS respectively, their runs being obtained by faultless cricket. Others who played good cricket; were Seccombe (32), Lusk (2S), Kallender (23) and Moore-Jones <*> not out). All the batsmen however, contributed to the score. Parnell's fielding, considering the score put up against them, was good, ah though one or two chances were missed. This is by far the biggest score put up in local cricket this season.
