WELLINGTON NOTES.
WELLINGTON, this day.
The "Times" predicts that Parliament will during the coming session be asked to amend the Alcoholic Liquor Sales Control Act by deleting the reduction issue from the voting paper. The "Times" declares the Hon. Rolleston's services deserved better requital than rejection at the poll, and says it is apublic misfortune that the services of such a man should be lost to the people/ This reflects the genexal tone of public opinion in Wellington.
