THE PREMIER.
The Premier will arrive in town either on Monday or e_.arly.on Tuesday, and will speak at t_*e Opera House on Tuesday night. Mil' J. H. Witheford, who had engager?, the building for that evening, .purposing speaking on questions of local interest, at the present juncture, has consented to give up the hall to the E_t. Hon. B. J. Seddon for the occasion.
