At the statutory meeting of the Rag*' lan County Council held yesterday, Mr Hewitt was elected chairman, and he and Mr Whiteside were appointed the Council's representatives on the Waikato Hospital and Charitable Aid Beard. Mr Primrose was 'elected Chairman of the, Waikato County Council, and Messrs Bailey and Wheeler hospital representatives. 3lr<, John Fisher was elected Chairman of \ the Waipa County Council,-and Messrs Fisher Vickers and O'Connor hospital representatives. . —,
