CAPETOWN, November 20,
Mafeking was safe up to the IStlj. Commandant Cronje's son was killed while directing an assault on the 7th.
Tlie : Boers were occupied for two hours removing- the dead and wounded. The British loss included Captains Marsham and Peckell killed, and seven wounded.
