NEW CALEDONIA.
RAILWAY AND DOCK SCHEME,
PARIS, November 21
The Government, are disposed, to guarantee a loan of ten million francs for the purpose of constructing a railway between Noumea and Bouvail, in New Caledonia; also a graving dock at Noumea, provided the dock is made available for the French navy.
