LONDON CONTRACTS.
LONDON, November 19.
Owing to.remarks made by the Chief 1 Justice on the occasion of his swearing Mayqr Newton has applied to have reopened industrial contracts with the London Corporation in cases where ti such contracts are made with com-' panics whereof he is a director.
