PONSONBY V. NORTH SHORE.
Ponsonby, after dismissing the Shore team for 71, went to the wickets and put up the good score of 255. Mills (84) iiit out freely, scoring all round the wicket. White (53), Lundon (26), and Kemp (19) were .the most successful of the other batsmen. Porter for the" Shore took 7 wickets for 55. In their second innings Shore have lost 2 wickets for 46.
