THE EMPEROR'S VISIT TO
ENGLAND.
LONDON, November 16.
As anticipated. Yon Bulow, the German Minister of Foreign Affairs, will be busily engaged in connection with the Emperor of Germany's visit to England.
Herr Yonklehmet, the German official who usually deals with affairs for the East, will act as Yon Billow's secretary.
