DURBAN November 16. I The bombardment of I.adysmith iontiniies. Despite the display of the Red Cross flag- the Boers directed their fire on the Catholic Sanatorium, killing two civilians and wounding, several nurses. .There are now nearly 10,000 British troops- at Estcouft, and an early forward movement is expected. [Escourt is only 43 miles south of Ladysmith by rail!-]
