FREEMAN'S BAY RECLAMATION.
Under instructions from the chairman of the Harbour *Board •■ Messrs Harrison and Foster, surveyors, have prepared a plan of the Freeman's Bay reclamation showing the proposed Victoria Athletic Park in the centre and business allotments facing Pattesonstreet,' Customs-street- West- and Trafalgar Road, the new road on the western boundary. Tbe park will be nearly seventeen acres. The plan was being considered by the Finance and Legal Committee of the Harbour Board this, afternoon.
