Mr Hosking intimated that the case had been settled, defendants at the last moment accepting an offer made to them that plaintiffs have judgment for £.2-5, with interest at 6 per cent from April 2nd, 180S, subject »to a question as to £100, or thereabouts, which was left to Mr Thornhill Cooper, an average j stater, the judgment to carry taxed I costs on the Admiralty scale.
