Mr M. P. Cameron, of Wellington, has, we understand, bought the Onehunga Ironworks from the Assets Board. The intention of the purchaser is to remove the plant to ' Welling! ton for iron rolling purposes. To-morrow night the Australian Dramatic Company open in "The Bells" at the Opera House. This piece will be followed by a most laughable comedy, "A Love of a Lover,!' which should prove a great attraction. Mr W. Gentry Bingham is expected to arrive by the mail steamer Mariposa due to arrive to-morrow from San Francisco. After his arrival matters in connection with the introduction of electric tramways in, the streets of Auckland may assume a definite shape. i > : ; ; '.
