TAIRUA BROKEN HILLS COMPANY.

At a meeting1 of the syndicate which purchased the Broken Hills mine, Tairua, held yesterday afternoon, it was resolved to form a limited liability company, with a capital of £ 12,500, divided'into 125,000 at 2/.
