GRAND CRICKET COMPETITION.
TWELVE CASH PRIZES,
There is also a cricket competition open on the final test match, and in this there are offered no less than 12 ,cash prizes, all of which must be won by somebody, so if nobody gives the correct solutions to the various questions put, the prizes will go to the competitors who are most nearly correct. This competition remains open till August 13th, and should prove extremely popular.. Cricket enthusiasts are asked to foretell 1. RESULT. OF THE MATCH, and for this there are six prizes offered, which will be awarded to tJhe six persons who most nearly foretell the exact' result. . 2. WHO WILL SECUHE BEST BOWLING AVERAGE IN THE MATCH. For this there are two prizes. 3. BEST SCORERS. Who will that is make the best score in the English eleven, and who the best in. the Australian? Two prizes are offered for each of these questions.
Competitors have the chance of all these prizes on one coupon, and may very likely win a prize- for one question though incorrect in another. Certainly everyone should try their luck and their skill in this competition.
