AN ANECDOTE COMPETITIONS.
It has been decided to make the anecdote competition a standing affair for the "Graphic.*'' Er*ry rao»t!t:;8 prizes of 5/ will be givea for the best short anecdote of not more than 200 words contributed. It is not necessary that this should tie original, but an effort should be made to avoid very old stories. The editor cannot undertake to return contributions or engage in correspondence over thttot. It thrf extract is valuable keep * cqpy of it. Communications should b» marked "Anecdotes," and should b* ' signed with name and address on th» coupon, which will be found on ttte cover.
