. BERLIN, July 9. The Emperor of Germany and President La.ub.et. exchanged greetings at Bergen.' The Emperor entertained the French naval officers and cadets. PARIS, July 9. "Figaro" sa-ya in connection with the Emperor's 'si*eeeh on this occasion that it is the first time for thirty years that the Emperor of Germany called France a noble country. .
