The Australian cricketers began a match to-day at Truro against the following -eleven, chqsen by Lord Roberts: T. Richardson. R. Peel, W. Lees. L. C. Braund, Wilson, Dashwood, W. G. Quaife, A. A. Lilley, Poynter, W. Foster, and R. Foster.
Hill, Worrall, and Johns are standing out of the Australian team.
The weather is fine, and the wicket fast. There is a good attendance.
The Australians have lost 5 wickets for 142.
