WAITEKAURI COMPANY.
The prospects of this Company are improving daily. The lode at No._ 4 level, recently intersected, is maintaining value and size equal to that got at No. 3. In view of this satisfactory state of affairs sinking on No. 1 shaft to the 500 feet level is being continued, whilst the sinking of No. 2 shaft to the 400 feet level has also been ordered, and work at both shafts is proceeding with the utmost' despatch.
