THE OPERA HOUSE.
"La Poupee" entered on its second week at the Opera House last evening, i when a large audience assembled to ' witness the seventh production of Audran's pretty work. The audience i was warmly appreciative, and demanded a repetition of all the solo items. The piece will be repeated to-night and to-morrow, and on Thursday it will give place to the nautical buri lesque "Saucey Susie." This will be staged for two nights, and on Satur- ; day night "Boccaccio" will be revived, 1 for the purpose of introducing Mr Pollard's latest engagement, Miss Daisy Davis, who will make her first appearance in New Zealand in the character of Fiametta.
