Whitirea and Straybird : % covered a circuit at half pace and one . at three-quarter pace. Nor'-west w^nt twice round at half pace, finishing a' | good morning's work at top. Caste- 2 ; shore and First Blood were associated
in two rounds at sound three-quarter ' pace. Nipapu, Pensioner, Tr'ouljaclour, and Female Franchise covered two rounds at half pace. At the Napier Park course' Ned Kelly, Rhino, and Bushrose have been
doing good work. The chances of Nor'-west, Tim, and Huzzar are greatly fancied in the
big Hurdle Race to-morrow, and Ta-
taramoa and Highlander are thougW likely to win the Trial Steeplechase.
