The gunboat Ringdove arrived last night from Wellington, whence she sailed on Saturday morning last. The vessel remains here until Saturday next, when she leave* for Sydney. On July 20 she leaves Sydney for England, where she undergoes U rent a The* warship Mlldura arrived here last ni"ht from Duuedin. She left Port Chalmers at 11 a.m. on Saturday, and had .a. fair-weather trip up the coapt. Lhe MiiduiVis to return to the South on Saturday. The Mohawk left Thursday Island ou the 10th Inst. for New Guinea. The Royalist and Pvlades were floated into dock at Sydnew on Monday. The flagship Royal Arthur is still at Western Australia. According to papers received to-day, there are now on the China station no fewer than 144 warships of all nationalities. Russia tops the list with -14 ships, the British coming second with 3o ships, the remaining squadrons being French, German, Italian, and American.
