ANNUAL GENERAL RATH AND SEPARATE RIDING RATES, 1899-1900. • Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Waitemata County Council, In terms of Section 149 of the Counties Act, 1886, and the Rating Act, 189-1, at a Special Meeting to be held at 11 a.m. on FRIDAY, the 7th day of July, 1899, at the County Offices, Palmerston Buildings, Auckland, to make and levy a General Rate of Three Farthings in the Pound on all the rateable property in each and every riding in the County; and. in terms of Section 150 of the Counties Act, 1886, in addition to such General Rate, to make and levy a Separate Rate of Three Farthings in the Pound in the Wninui Riding Outlying District; Two Farthings -in the ' Pound in Takapuna Riding; Two Farthings in the Pound in Northcote Riding: Throe Farthings in the Pound in Birkenhead Riding; Three Farthing's in the Pound in Kaukapakapa Riding Outlying District; Two Farthings |in the Pound in Mairetahi Riding; Two Farthings in the Pound in Waitakorle Riding; and Three Farthings in the Pound in Waikumetc Riding.
