THE ART GALLERY.
(To the Editor.)

control of the Auckland Art Gallery ought to be drawn to the condition of the floors, etc. The dirty windows the dusty gritty blinds, and the fleas in the matting in the adjoining library are bad enough in their way, but the condition of this noble- gallery is really disgraceful.—l am, etc.,
MATRON.
