FOOTBALL.
North Shore District Football Club.— The following- teams have bijen selected to play to-morrow: Blue—J. Cardno, H. Frankham, J. Gerrard, Webb, Paul, Walsh, Nicholson, Pitt, Irvine, Scott, Thomson, Frankham and Sullivan. Colours: G. Cardno, Willett, Pyne, Alison, Doyle Sutton, Mann, Pitt, Fulljames, Quirke, Woodward, Jackson, R. Bull, Wynyard, Graham, Mitchell. The following players are requested to be present as a match will be arranged for them on the ground: R. Graydon, W. Reid, Wells (2)_ Warbrick, Hammond, Gratton, Chamberlain, McKenzie, Ching, Bakewell, S. Cave, Oliver, Bailey, Fraser, Fitzpatrick, Grace, Duck, Mulholland, Smith, Collins, G. Taylor, P. Wynyard, Towgood, Wrigley. . The City District Football Club will hold a practice in the outer Domain tomorrow (Saturday), at 2.30 o'clock, when all intending players are requested to attend. Rosebery v. Red Rose (Surrey Hills).— Roseberyf Taw (capt), McDonald, Brewin, Webb, Porches, Gussy, Vincent, Williamson, Richards, McLennan, Brewin, McGee, Moore, Firth, Courtney, Kellettt, Wigg, Elsmore, Thomas. The V.M.C.A. (Association) Football Club will commence practice to-morrow afternooon in the outer Domain, when a scratch match will be played between teams picked by the captain and vicecaptain. A good muster is expected, as the club will probably put three elevens in the field this season.
