In a lest case brought to decide whether the local rifle range was saie, the S.M. imposed a tine of Is. He condemned the range in scathing terms, as a constant source, of danger and detrimental to property in the vicinity. No -reasonable expenditure could make it safe. The club Lose heavily by the decision, as they have already, spent large sums on the range.
