At a meeting of the. Hospital trustees it was resolved that plans be prepared to build a new hospital on the present site. At a meeting of the Board of Governors of the High School the Chairman referred in feeling terms to the recent death of the Rev. W. J. Habens, and to the great interest he had always taken in the cause of secondary education, and moved that a letter of condolence be sent to his widow, which was carried.
