AUCTIONEERS' REPORTS.

Messrs Buckland and Sons' report:— At Remuera dairy cattle at late values; those at profit were from £3 15/ to £5 5/B each. Store cattle, in limited numbers, kept late values. Young and fat calves, in moderate supply; young calves at late values; heavy calves better worth. Fat cattle, In average number, above 200 yarded, were steady at last week's quotations, with the exception of heavy oxen; these were at lower values. Prices for steers and young- cows were from 16/ !•> 18/, aged cows from 12/ 1001b; steers were from £5 to £7 15/, cows £3 to £tj 5/ each. Fat sheep in average number, ali( ye 100U sold, were at late values. Wethers brought from 8/ to 12/6, ewes 7/ to 10/G each. Lambs, in moderate number (3UO yarded) were, after the first lew pens, at lower values, and some wei-a vithdrawii; Prices for those sold were from 4/3 to 11/, but the greater numt-er from 0/ to 7/G each. Pigs, in moderate number 'GO soid) were at late values; heavy pigs up to £2 1/, medium £1 6/ to £L 10/, light -velßht 8/ to 10/ each.

Mestia G. W. Pmney and Sons' reporr.-. —At o'u- wefkly sale, hides, sheepskins tallow, bones, etc., sold freely. Hides: Competition brisk; picked sold up to 6d, extra stout s}d to sid, stout 4Jd to 4'i<i, medium 4d, light 3id to 3ld, cow, best lines Sijd, picked 3Jd to 4d, seconds 3id to 31.d, calf 3d to 32d, stag 2d to 23d, damaged of all classes nominal. Sheepskins: Country, dry, equal 3ijd to 4d lb, for sound pelted clean skins, pelts 1/ to 1/6, Jambs' 1/3 to 1/0, small 9d to 1/ each. Taliow: Best 16/ to IG/6, ordinary 14/6 to 15/, seconds 13/ to 13/6, fat Id to Ud lb. Bones, hair, and horns: No change.
