A SENSATIONAL DUEL.
| BERLIN, January 13. A sensational duel has taken place | at Aletz. Some German military offi-cers-jostled a civilian named Tillman, ■'. whereupon'the latter raised a stick. He afterwards boasted thathhre r had. - thrashed the officers. A court of '■ honour compelled the senior officer -m--1 volved to fight a duel at ten paces. I The officer shot Tillman through the I heart.
