SUGAR BOUNTIES.
\.~. LONDON, January 10. At a meeting of the anti-Bounty. League, Mr Tozer, of Queensland, seconded a motion' expressing disappointment at the failure of the Brussels Conference to secure the abolition of the bounties'on sugar. He declared that Britain in her-'action on that occasion created an unpleasant impression and augmented the separatisl dement in Queensland.
