COEOMANDEL, this day.) Mclsaac and Meikle who lately discovered a payable reef in this district have opened a trench 20 feet, below the outcrop and have intersected the reef with satisfactory results. A claim adjoining- has been pegged out, and two men employed to follow a reef which has been traced on to the property. ■
