CAUGHT BY A REAPING

WAIUKU, this day. w". Sf, urday afternoon a shocking accident happened to a child two and I half years old, belonging to Mr A. M. Bamball, through getting unseen into a heavy crop of oats, where a reaper and binder machine was at work, ihe child was caught by the machine and severely cut about the legs and head, one arm being complea"d' left 0n the '*■"• among the sheaves.
