PRESENTATION AT WAIHI.

WAIHI, this day,
On Saturday evening, in the Lodgeroom at Tanner's Hall, a presentation and- smoke concert was tendered to Mr J. H. Evans, late manager of the Grand Junction. There were over 40 present, Mr Barry in the chair. Mr Newman. Grand Junction clerk, made the presentation—a handsome case of mathematical instruments.
