ALLEGED FATAL AFFRAY.
(By Telegraph—Press Association.); PALMERSTON, this day. A man named J. Nicklin, a naxmLl; hand, died suddenly at the Masonia Hotel this morning. His death ialleged to have been due to a blew received in a fracas outside the hotel, A man named Patrick Murphy, mate of deceased, has been arrested on a charge of manslaughter. An inquest is being held to-day. Nicklin was formerly a ship's fireman. i.
