Public Notices. TN THE MATTER of the Public Trust, -«- Office Acts for the time being, and in the matter of the estate of SOPHIA HUNTER, late of Auckland, in the Provincial District of Auckland,. Spinster, Deceased. Notice is hereby given that all creditors and others having claims against the above estate are required to send in to E. F. Warren, Esq., the District Agent of the Public Trustee. Auckland, and in writing on or before the 21st day of February, 1899, full particulars of such claims giving the items and amounts of tho same; and the Public Trustee will, at the expiration of the said time or as soon thereafter as conveniently may be. distribute the assets of the said deceased or any part thereof, among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims which the Public Trustee shall have then had notice, and according to the priorities given by the Public Trust Office Acts for the time being to such claims as between themselves respectively. Printed fornls for the purpose can be obtained from any of the agents of this Office. All moneys payable to the above estate may be lodged to the credit of the Public Trustee's Account at any Postal Money Order Office, or paid to E. F.
