MAGISTRATE'S COURT.
To-day orders were made in judgment summonses as follows: —Owen aud Co., v. T. Marshall, claim £4 10/; Edward Cash v. John W. Algoe, claim £2 10/; Thos. Smith v. John Campbell, claim £.4 1/9; John Ruddy v. W." Wilkinson, claim £2 0/2; A. L. Turrell v. J. Lineen, claim £1 14/2. In other cases debtors were examined, and cases adjourned. • Further evidence in the defended case R. and T. Gregory v. M. Gallagher for alleged breach of contract was heard. His Worship reserved his decision until to-morrow morning.
